摘要：
We report a case of a pregnant woman who developed infective endocarditis complicated by an intracranial mycotic aneurysm. She presented with massive nial haemorrhage in the third trimester of pregnancy. The disease process of endocarditis and peri-operative management of ruptured intracranial mycotic during pregnancy are discussed. (c) 2007 Elsevier Ltd. All rights reserved.
