摘要
Continuous improvement, not in the sense of a full-blown program with Pareto charts, but Father in the sense of periodically evaluating and taking steps to improve your operations, is necessary to stay current and also to survive in our industry of constant change and increasing regulatory requirements. The following lips have been successfully used by team leaders, project managers, and others in working together to set and meet important shared goals.
