摘要：
Background: Nucleic acid analysis requires optimization not only of reagents and assay conditions but also of instrumentation. Materials and Methods: We describe an HBV DNA assay with detection of amplified digoxigenin-labeled DNA by the routine immunoassay analyzer ES 300. Results: No instrument modifications were necessary to provide a sensitive method for the detection of amplification products. Conclusions: Automated analysis on the ES 300 instrument offers a convenient procedure for the detection of amplified HBV DNA.
