摘要：
This is a case report of a 23-year-old man with large tumours in both kidneys, which were the only manifestation of Burkitt's lymphoma. Following exploratory surgery and chemotherapy the patient achieved complete remission. Problems than can arise with the diagnosis and with surgical treatment and chemotherapy are discussed.
