摘要
To assess the three dimensional analysis and the relationship between the extent of intraductal pancreatic tumor and pancreatic duct in the patient with low grade malignancy, the combination (ERP-CT) of abdominal CT scan and endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP) was conducted. In two presented cases of intraductal papillary adenoma, ERP-CT clearly demonstrated the relationship between cystic lesion and pancreatic ducts and between cystic lesion and portal vein. in addition, three dimensional analysis of ERP-CT scan were demonstrated the images of anatomical relationship in the pancreas head. Everyone could accept these complicated anatomy as a simple image. ERP-CT was useful for preoperative imaging of the relation between cystic lesion and pancreatic duct.
