摘要
The COVID-19 crisis forced States to take measures that, in many cases, limited fundamental rights in order to protect public health. The exercise of cultural rights was affected by social distancing measures (Preventive and Compulsory Social Isolation). At the same time, the Argentine State had been established a set of policies aimed at reducing the negative effects of the crisis on culture. The purpose of this work is to analyze the regulations and consider the effects of the COVID-19 crisis on cultural rights. For this, a methodology used is the documentary analysis of the legal digest, the measures taken by national museums and the national culture survey.
