Soft-sensor based on artificial neural network for biomass estimation in fermentation process

摘要：
On the basis of detailed analysis of the current soft-sensor technique and the available fermentation process mechanism, the new method of on-line biomass estimation in fermentation process is presented, which use the soft-sensor to estimate biomass on-line. The effective model, so-called 'black box' model based on artificial neural network, is established, and its biomass estimation algorithm is given. The simulation experiment shows that the established soft-sensor model is correct and reliable, and can estimate the biomass on-line with high accuracy infermentation process.
