摘要
In order to satisfy the measuring request of the motor's piston, the method of laser scanning of double light road is applied in the paper So we can design an intelligentized measuring instrument of high precision, high speed. The laser scanning system, adopted in the paper has favorable speed and collimating characteristic. The scanning light was split from two light roads to four bundles of light by the separating apparatus. Therefore, the long and short axes' diameter of the piston can be measured in the same time. The paper describes the measuring principle and composing of the whole system and the design of laser scanning system.
