摘要：
Increasing technology alliances have to the current trend of innovation, from isolation to alignment, from relying on internal resources to acquiring external resources. Based on the significance of technology alliances, the article reviewed the methods and databases in common use of studying technology alliances, and three empirical study conclusions were gained. At the end of the paper, research shortages and future research directions were pointed out.
