摘要：

The root-mean-square displacements of the atoms from their equilibrium positions in various crystal lattices were calculated in terms of a model based on a parameter of disorder (related to entropy). Predictions of the proposed model closely describe experimental data and are consistent with predictions of other theoretical models.
