摘要：
2,3-Diaminopyridine 1 and 2-chloro-3-amino-pyridine 2 reacted with urea and thiourea under microwave irradiation in solventless system to afford imidazo [4,5-b] pyridin-2-one 3 and imidazo [4,5-6] pyridin-2-thione 4 respectively.
