摘要
Surface plasmon resonance based tiber optic sensor using indium oxide layer is presented and theoretically studied. It has been found that With increase in thickness of indium oxide layer beyond 170 rim, the sensitivity of SPR sensor decreases. 170 nm thick indium oxide layer based SPR sensor holds maximum sensitivity.
