摘要
This paper describes a country level study on the impact of ICT level development, healthcare expenditures and eHealth policy establishment to public health outcomes, specifically Infant and Maternal Mortality rate (IMR & MMR), which is a key part of the Millennium Development Goals. As one of the few large sample studies connecting ICT and public health, we complement empirical results from existing case studies and present interesting insights on how the effect of ICT level development, healthcare expenditures and eHealth policy establishment to these health outcomes are not independent, but contingent to each other.
