Local Development and Good Practices from the Culture

The study aims to show the importance of culture for local development. It emphasizes the research carried out by the Center for Public Administration Studies related to the subject. Reference is made to the work with the leaders of the popular power and of the organs and agencies that participate in the training of State and Government cadres in their provincial training school. The main research results achieved are translated into the practical application of these results in the different territories and which result in the implementation of cultural projects in the municipalities of October 10, Centro Habana, Guanabacoa, Habana Vieja, Marianao and Regla.
