摘要
The engine is one of the most easy failure parts of the moveable power station, so its measurement is very important. The parameter indicating the engine technique conditions are followings: tightness of cylinder, igniting system performance, the engine power, fuel consuming quantity, exhaust gas ingredient, lubricating oil pressure and impurity amount, engine RPM and temperature, vibration and so on. If the parameters above could be measured by some instruments, the condition of the engine can be confirmed and the failure reason can also be find. The design and realization principle of the engine measurement and diagnosis system for the moveable electric power station was given in this paper In this system, multiple signal proposing technology with time-frequency transform and sub-wave transform methods are adopted to realize reliable information abstraction, simple knowledge acquirement and accuracy failure judgement.
