摘要：

The ethylenediaminetetraacetato complex of Bi(III) of composition CsBiEdta . H2O was synthesized for the first time, and its crystal structure was determined. It contains two crystallographically independent Cs' cations occupying positions with the occupancy factor of 0.5, polymeric chain complex anions [Bi(Edta)](n)(n-), and molecules of crystallization water. The coordination number of the Bi atom is 8.
