摘要
This article aims to critically discuss the issue of communication in cancer care and of so-called communication skills trainings (CSTs) in oncology. The question of what can be considered as adequate communication in oncology is addressed, followed by a reflection on the underlying concepts of CSTs, on the issues which arise from expert recommendations and the dominant format of evaluation with regard to these trainings, and on their contents.
