摘要：
In this paper, anomalous response of elasto-plastic square plate subjected to short transverse pulse load is studied. The loading ranges have been found in which anomalous response occurs, and related problems have been studied. Analysis shows that in the unstable regions of dynamic response a small variation of load, structural parameters etc. can lead to much different dynamic behavior.
