摘要
We investigated graphene-based multi-walled carbon nanotube (GMWNT) electrodes grown by chemical vapor deposition. Graphene was grown on a SiO2/Si substrate and then carbon nanotubes were grown on top of the graphene. The electrochemical behavior of the GMWNTs and dye-sensitized solar cell (DSSC) performance were examined by electrochemical impedance spectroscopy and by analyzing the I-V characteristics, respectively. Our results suggest that GMWNTs could be promising candidates for electrochemical electrodes to achieve high performance in DSSCs. (C) 2010 Acta Materialia Inc. Published by Elsevier Ltd.
