Nocturnal enuresis

A 10ear-old boy has come to see you because of bedwetting. He is dry during the day. The only treatment he has had was desmopressin acetate when away at a camp for 2 nights. He was dry both nights, but because he slept very tittle, the parents are not sure whether the desmopressin was responsible for his dry nights. The remainder of the time he is wet most nights. His parents realize that the wetting is now beginning to upset their son, and both he and they are requesting help. You find nothing of note on examination and urine culture.
