摘要
Sustainable Regional Innovation System (SRIS) refers to the regional innovation system that is beneficial to the sustainable development of economy. It is built according to the basic requirements of sustainable development, the inherent laws, scientific and technological innovation (STI), and social system innovation (SSI). The regional innovation capacity is the capacity of one region to transform knowledge into new products, technology and services. This paper uses the principal component analysis (PCA) to analyze and evaluate the SRIS innovation capacity of Shenyang Economic and Technological Development Area and provide suggestions on relevant policies.
