摘要
This paper studies the main technology problems about the wide-angle PIN laser pulse signal receiving system, and analyzes the noise properties of the PIN parallel array photodetector, and presents the theoretic relation of the response characteristic and receiving sensitivity for this system. The signal amplifier and processing circuits are designed in this paper. By defecting the noise voltage of discrimination point to adjust automatically the threshold level of the gate limit detection circuit, makes the system possesses the adaptive ability for circumstance, so that enhanced the receiving sensitivity of the system and decreased the error rate.
