摘要
The preventive isolation measures taken by most states in relation to the pandemic by Covid-19, forced educational institutions to suspend face-to-face classes and replace them with virtual classes, without the actors involved necessarily being prepared. It was in this context that the institution of higher education in this study was found when classes were suspended. The objectives of this research are to determine student satisfaction with the virtual modality and to know the technical conditions of access to virtual classes. To this end, a non-experimental quantitative research method is used. A total of 2806 students participated in the study. The results show that during this period of classes the students were satisfied with the teaching practices, activities, resources and accompaniment. However, the students were not satisfied with the conditions and technical support to access the virtual classes. This research presents a series of recommendations that can contribute to the improvement of educational quality in the process of transitioning to virtuality in higher education institutions.
