摘要：
The equalization of basic public service in urban and rural areas of China is an important step in achieving the balanced development of urban and rural areas. This study was based on the scientific content of the equalization of basic public service in urban and rural areas. Contemporary situation of the social development in urban and rural areas was introduced to analyze the difficulties and limiting factors in the development of equalization. Finally, some effective resolutions to these problems were proposed.
