摘要
The effects of NaNO3/H+ pretreatment on bleachability and its pollution reduction of wheat straw Soda-AQ pulp were studied. The results obtained indicated that sodium nitrate pretreatment could activate residual lignin in the pulp while delignifying: the delignification in the oxygen bleaching stage can obviously be increased, and the pretreatment also improves the efficiency of alkaline peroxide bleaching, especially for pressurized hydrogen peroxide bleaching. In addition, due to the effects of pretreatment, the hypochlorite charge in H-stage can be decreased greatly, which results in a low chlorinated compounds discharge and low pollution to environment. Primary study showed there is a possibility of the effluents from the pretreatment stage to be recycled. Further study is underway.
