摘要
Current wooden retainer of high-voltage power transmission lines have reported several manufacturing problems such as a high manufacturing cost, heavy structure, and difficulty in recycling. Therefore, engineering plastic has been suggested as an alternative product for their manufacture. The feasibility of proposed conceptual retainer model with engineering plastic material was verified in terms of structural rigidity via static analysis under two loading cases: self-weight force and equivalent impact force. The maximum stress of the proposed model was analyzed under the maximum payload of 4,000 kg, and the structural rigidity was also simulated for the impact force in the free fall situation. Both simulation results reveal that the proposed retainer can carry the full payload of the transmission power line from the point of view of static analysis.
