Differential Diagnosis of behavioral variant frontotemporal Dementia

摘要：
Die verhaltensvariante frontotemporale Demenz (bvFTD), ist charakterisiert durch Veranderungen im sozialen Verhalten, mit Verlust des sozialen Bewusstseins und schlechter Impulskontrolle. Die bvFTD ist eine haufige Ursache fur fruh einsetzende Demenz, die aber wegen fehlender Biomarker und zu geringer Genauigkeit der Bildgebung in den fruhen Krankheitsstadien schwierig zu diagnostizieren ist. BvFTD zeigt au ss erdem eine symptomatische uberlappung mit nicht degenerativen psychiatrischen Storungen, einschlie ss lich Major Depression, bipolarer Storung, Schizophrenie, Zwangsstorung, Autismus-Spektrum-Storungen und Personlichkeitsstorungen.
