摘要
In this research a theoretical deepening is made on the possibilities and challenges of the use of m-learning as a new educational paradigm for children in the second childhood. The reflection refers to the possibilities of the use of this technology in the teaching process of children from three to six years old and also to some challenges that still have to be overcome so that this technology can be used in a natural way as a pedagogical tool. The study is qualitative in nature and the data were obtained from bibliographical research in books and scientific articles that deal with the themes proposed for the study. Based on the assumption of the importance of quality education, the need of education to accompany the advances of societies and that the child in the second childhood has physical, psychosocial and cognitive capacity for the use of mobile technologies as a teaching-learning tool, it was verified that the use of this tool can open a range of opportunities with play activities, games, educational films, personalized teaching processes and even group activities. However, for this to be possible, it is necessary that some paradigms of traditional education be modified, aiming at integration with current technologies.
