Reconsideration the role of industrial training in engineering education quality assurance

Technical education represents a great part of all national education systems, and assuring its quality supposes the evaluation of the influence of several factors of which the industrial practical training represents an important role. Its purpose in the professional formation of future competent and multi-competitive engineers, with an extensive cultural horizon, capable of perpetual adapting to the transformations that occur in an industrial environment, in a continuous and accelerate change, must be reconsidered from the angle of the students, the superior academic institution and the beneficiaries.
