摘要：
The paper presents an Enterprise knowledge modelling framework for the development of an Enterprise knowledge base. The knowledge base is concerned as die major component of the knowledge-based Enterprise. The formal modelling structure - Enterprise knowledge space is defined for refinement of the scope and constructs of enterprise knowledge. The framework for Enterprise knowledge modelling is derived by modifying original Porter's value chain model (VCM) and by composing modified VCM into the enterprise knowledge space.
