摘要
We report a novel Cr2+, Fe2+:Zn1-xMnxSe (x = 0.05) single crystal gain-switched laser simultaneous generation at two different wavelength ranges at around similar to 2.4 mu m and similar to 4.2 mu m. The Fe2+ ions oscillation maximal mean output energy of 83 mu J at 78 K with pulse repetition rate of 1 Hz and the pulse duration of similar to 5.5 mu s was demonstrated.
