摘要：

The paper deals with the Big Data in relation to a research questions: What are the available data types designated as "Big data"? and What are their specifics? It provides an overview of available data sources and a suggestion of new data categorization regarding Big Data specifics is presented. The paper selects Twitter as one specific data source from the area of social networks and focuses on it as a model case. The conclusions shows that different ways of Big data categorization could be defined.
