A low-power CMOS complex filter for Bluetooth with frequency tuning

摘要
A 12th order OTA-C complex filter with a non-conventional frequency tuning for Bluetooth receiver is implemented in a low-cost mainstream 0.35mum CMOS process. The Iter bandwidth is 1MHz and is centered at 2MHz. Image and adjacent channels are attenuated by 45 and 27dB, respectively. The input referred noise is 29muV(rms) and it dissipates 4.7mA from a 2.7V supply. Experimental results were found to be in good agreement with theoretical expectations.
