摘要：
In this paper, a set of practical and applicable modle for the monitoring and identifying system in the toll station is put forward. This new method takes advantage of both features line and field scanning of video- camera in a frame picture and the computer interface circui to take the measurements of two-dimension dynamic image automatically and timely so that characteristic parameters of automobiles can be measured and tonnages identified ultimately.
