Our total dependence on information and communication technologies requires the creation of a cyberspace where our freedom and our security are guaranteed, being able to exercise our fundamental rights online and maintain reliability in this environment. They have become the cornerstone of economic growth and are a critical resource on which all economic sectors depend, in addition to health, energy, transport or communications. The good functioning of the information systems and the availability of the Internet affects the National Security, with the state competence of cybersecurity and cyberdefense, at whose service are the Intelligence Services, but not only engages public administrations, being essential the cooperation of the public sector with private and society as a whole, each party assuming those functions and responsibilities that correspond to it and can establish the necessary measures to ensure the rights of citizens and create a safe online environment.
