Research on early-warning management model proposal of urban emergency for government

With the acceleration of economic globalization and integration,, urban significant emergency has become a growing concern for society. In this paper, firstly, we deeply analyze the disastrous consequences of the emergency. Then, from the angle of government administration, we give ail insight into the present situation of the emergency administration and make objective evaluation. Finally in the perspective of early warning and prevention, we provide a model of early-warning management, expecting it will be theoretically feasible and practically promoting the establishment of our harmonious and economic-oriented cities.
