摘要
Despite importance higher education institution sustainable development paradigm and many publications in this area, there are at least two real problems that are restricted successful implementation of this paradigm: a) complexity the subject domain and b) lack of a methodological base to reuse some interesting already created models together with future models. This paper introduces an approach to reduce the subject domain complexity by substituting it with a set of abstract infrastructure formalized systems. Within this approach, the models' reusability problem can be reduced by using a simulation umbrella as a united methodological base of the paradigm implementation. To Illustrate how the proposed approach works the paper includes a simulation case-study associated with a USA young fast-growing higher education institution.
