Development of cultural, humanitarian and educational cooperation between the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Russian Federation at the present stage

The article analyzes the issues of cultural, educational and humanitarian cooperation between the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Russian Federation at the present stage. It is emphasized that intergovernmental agreemants in the field of culture and education, agreements concluded between the leading universities of Russia and Azerbaijan, aimed at improving the quality of the educational process, have played an important role in the implementation of these issues. Days of Culture, theatrical performances, links between leading museums of both countries contributed to the development of cultural cooperation. The importance of forums and conferences on humanitarian cooperation, which contributed to the strengthening of friendship between the peoples of Azerbaijan and Russia, is stressed.
