摘要：
The corporate governance is a continuously ascending, ongoing process, and its generation and development corresponds to certain disciplinarian. According to different phases appearing different main contradictions, the paper divides the life cycle of corporate governance into five phases. The paper tries to discuss the life cycle of corporate governance, in order to discover the disciplinarian, and expect that the study can provide consultations for state-owned enterprise reformation.
