摘要
With the rapid development of the social economy, the demand for personnel is becoming higher and higher. In the current increasingly competitive society, students in institutions of higher learning are required to possess solid professional knowledge and also good professional ethics to realize their own job-seeking wishes, and then can make a difference on their jobs. Professional ethics is an important part of the socialist moral construction, and training the professional ethics of students is a top task necessary for institutions of higher learning to focus on. However, professional ethics training is a relatively weak part in higher education, and most institutions of higher learning attach higher importance to intellectual education and specialty training, but think lightly of the moral education and the quality-oriented education, especially the training of professional ethics. In this paper, some suggestions and countermeasures such as specifying the truth, knowing well the facts, cultivating a professional spirit, setting up the happy consciousness in work, improving classroom teaching methods, and introducing case teaching are raised according to the problems in the professional ethics training of the engineering management majors in institutions of higher learning.
