摘要
This study addresses the themes of factors affecting on entrepreneurship in Iranian own-state banks in 2009. Questionnaire based on previous were designed and developed among 650 participants. The results of this study confirm that management support, reward system, time management, up-to-date technology, work process and clerks' evaluation has effect on degree of entrepreneurship in banking sector in Iran. The authors came to conclusion that in this regard management plays very crucial role in improving entrepreneurship's degree.
