摘要
Nowadays, gas chromatography (GC) continues to play an important role in the identification and quantification of ubiquitous pollutants in the environment A novel, rapid low-density solvent based dispersive liquid-liquid microextraction combined with magnetic nanoparticles has been developed for environmental analysis and pre-concentration of pyrethroids in parispolyphyllaprior to various classes of persistent organic contaminants in air, water, soils, sediments and biota. In this study, parispolyphylla samples were first treated with acetonitrile/water (80:20, v/v) which was then utilized as disperser solvent in the dispersive liquid-liquid microextraction process along with using 1-octanol as extractant in environment. In magnetic solid phase extraction approach, hydrophobic magnetic nanoparticles were used to retrieve and separate the 1-octanol in the dispersive liquid-liquid microextraction step. In fact the target of ecological solid phase extraction was the 1-octanol rather than the pyrethroids directly. Under the optimized conditions, the recoveries obtained for each pesticide ranged from 89.4 to 105.1% with relative standard deviations lower than 7.8%. Limit of detection ranged from 0.05 to 0.15 mu g kg(-1). The proposed ecological method was successfully used for the efficient determination of pyrethroids in real parispolyphylla samples in ecosystem.
