摘要
The paper dwells upon the methodology of improving the parametric reliability of automated electric drives. One of the basic ways to address this issue consists in optimal parametric synthesis. Apparently, the most important indicator of parametric reliability of electric drives is the margin of operability. Its value must be defined in the space of internal system parameters. Analysis shows that parametric synthesis of electric drives is a multi-attribute optimization problem. Margin of operability is proposed as the optimality criterion. An heuristic optimization method is considered applicably to automatic controls in electric drives; the method is supposed to synthesize the exclusive most optimal solution. The paper presents an electric drive state control algorithm. The proposed methods are based on information on the electric drive operability domain. The proposed methodological approach and algorithms can provide state control and margin-of-operability optimized parametric synthesis at any stage of the drive or control system life cycle.
