Needs of disabled people who are ageing perceived by professionals who take care of them. The purpose of this paper is the identification of the needs presented by people with disability who are ageing such as they are perceived by the professionals of the different associations, centers and institutions they belong to. With such a target, 403 professionals carried out a semi-structured interview which allows the analysis of the needs being so relevant from their point of view. Results have established the following order of stressed needs: the quality and grade of covering from the social attendance and from the support services to leisure and free time; the quality of the sanitary attention and the improvement of their facilities; the existence of social and architectural barriers, especially those of transport; allowances shortage; the health state in general and daily personal cares. Referring to the demands outlined more frequently by the associates, the leisure and free time activities are those most requested ones, followed by a bigger covering of residential services and economic helps. Regarding to the solutions proposed, the increasing of allowances and the provision of support services to leisure and free time are the more frequently proposed. Finally, in touch with the measures and institutional supports, a raise of resources of associations and coordination among the different administrations are aspects thought to be missing.
