Based on the orthogonal experiment optimization of UAV wing bionic airfoil design

摘要
Due to the problem in the Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) airfoil design, the method of bionics is used to get the interception of airfoil from biological prototype seagulls wings, and the orthogonal experiment is conducted to obtain the original airfoil optimization. Orthogonal experiment optimization results show that it is the largest influence of the airfoil tail thickness on aerodynamic parameters lift-to-drag ratio. The aerodynamic parameters of the optimized seagull airfoils in low-altitude UAV flight in the environment of air are higher than common airfoil FX60-126, NACA0015, NASA0417, maximum lift-to-drag ratio increased by 58.70%, 58.70% and 58.70%, respectively. Under the condition of large Angle of attack, it can effectively delay the separation of flow. At the same time, it has strong applicability during the Angle of attack changing.
