摘要：
By studying the real estate investment project planning, this paper intends to find financing schemes in line with development project's own characteristics, and proposes planning methods and thoughts in financing planning for real estate investment projects, integrating the financing structure, financial risk management and real estate investment project characteristics and making a comprehensive economic analysis on financing constitution, financial risk degree and cost of capital to select an optimal financing plan for real estate investment projects.
