Choriocarcinoma is the most aggressive form of gestational trophoblastic disease. Post-partum choriocarcinoma is an infrequent event with poor prognosis. A 25 years-old woman presented with vaginal bleeding and then hemoptysis after a term delivery. Laboratory evaluation showed serum B-HCG level: 13,420mlU/ml and chest x-ray showed multiple metastases to the lung. Biopsy report of curettage showed choriocarcinoma.
