摘要
Generally managers are withstanding with different factors to be regarded until any decision is making. This is the event of multi factor decision making, where basic aim to determine the all precedence between the accessible choices. In same time, where the characteristics are uncertain the fuzzy logic method is used. One of the very required method in multifactor decision making is the technique for order preference by similarity method. The basic goal of this article is to apply the fuzzy TOPSIS method represented by fuzzy data in solution of multifactor personnel chousing problems.
