摘要
Poly(n-butyl methacrylate) (PBMA) was prepared by a suspension polymerization process. The polymer was blended with polyacrylonitrile (PAN) in DMAc solvent, and the mixture was employed as spinning solution. Rheological behavior of the spinning solution was studied. The PAN/PBMA blend fibers were prepared through a wet spinning process. With an increasing of PBMA content, tensile strengths of the blend fibers first increased lightly, and then dropped, while the breaking elongations increased and higher than regular PAN fiber. The SEM and TGA results showed that low content component PBMA dispersed evenly by the micro area form in PAN matrix, the heat stability had a remarkable enhancement, and the adsorption of PAN/PBMA(70/30) blend fibers on organic solvents was 2 similar to 3 times more than that of PAN fiber.
