摘要
IEEE 802.11 Point Coordination Function (PCF) MAC is used to carry real-time traffic. OPNET is a powerful network simulator. With deep study of simulation method and OPNET WLAN simulation technology, this paper presents a simulation model of PCF by using OPNET simulation framework. It investigates the impact of packet delay and throughout, evaluates the performance of wireless networks. The simulation result is the efficient analysis to research, design and application of WLAN.
